Repeat Course Policy

Disbursing Financial Aid:

All programs are delivered in clock not credit hours.  As such, no financial aid is paid for any clock hours a student may need to repeat.  There is one exception:  if a student withdraws and then re-enrolls after 180 calendar days, he/she may be paid for all hours need to complete the program, including any hours the student must repeat from the prior enrollment.

A student has a maximum time frame of 120% of the program length to complete assignments needed for graduation. If the student has not completed all required course material by the maximum time frame, the student will not be considered a graduate. No additional aid will be awarded/disbursed unless the student re-enrolls more than 180 days after the prior enrollment.
