The Omega Studios’ Summer Open House
Saturday, July 11th, 2020 Noon – 4 PM
Please read the following information regarding Covid-19 and our Open House.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on July 11th Omega will not only be hosting a virtual open house, but will also be offering scheduled in person tours of the studios.
Our open house will be hosted using our virtual education platform. Any person who RSVP’s to the Open House on The Omega Studios’ School website will be emailed the invitation links the day prior. If you have not already RSVP’ed, please do so to insure you receive your invitations to the Open House Workshops.
If you are interested in an in-person tour of the studios during the Open House, please register for a specific time on the website. These are 1 hour guided tours with a maximum participation of 4 member “family units”. Every participant must complete a Wellness Screening Survey by 11:30 am the day of the Open House. This survey will be emailed to every participant the evening before the event. Every participant must wear a cloth face covering at all times, use hand sanitizer, and have their temperature checked upon entry.
If a party is running late, please notify the studios at 301.230.9100 at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour for a re-schedule time if available. Without advanced notice of late arrival, you risk not being allowed entry into the building due to maximum capacity limitations.
The Alumni Q&A & Financial Aid Seminars will be taking place at 4:00 PM virtually after the Open House.
Please be sure to fill out the RSVP form below. We are looking forward to seeing you at our Open House!
