In the Studio with Priest Da Nomad

Priest da Nomad at Omega Recording Studios

Larry “Priest” Ware is a Graduate and former Instructor/Engineer for The Omega Studios’ School of Applied Recording Arts & Sciences. On Sunday, February 16th, Omega will host a creative and production Q&A seminar for Priest’s “The Manhood Project” album. This will be a great opportunity for Omega Students and aspiring artists to learn about the creative process that went into one of the defining albums of the #DontMuteDC movement.

Priest’s album has been touted as a distinct sound of hip hop from the DMV area blending classic hip hop with Go-Go undertones! Priest and his guests will dissect 5 songs voted on by fans and discuss the process from writing and production to recording and mixing in a Q&A format.

Guests include:
Kev Brown (producer)
Roddy Rod (producer, DJ)
Kokayi (artist, producer)
Lorenzo “Zo” Ferguson (musician, producer)
DJ RBI (DJ)
